RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

No Refunds! Exchange ONLY


We do not offer refunds. There are no exceptions. If you would like to exchange your item or receive a store credit, it must be done within 2 days of the original purchase date. We will not accept items that are used, stained, damaged or contain an odor. All original tags must be attached. We cannot cancel  or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return and exchange your items in accordance with our Return/Exchange Policy once your order has been delivered to you and approved by one of our staff members. Please note, simply not liking a product is not a sufficient reason for returning it. If the product is damaged, you can make a complaint that the product is damaged within 2 days of receipt by calling our phone number or sending us an email. Please note after 2 days of receipt, whether the product is damaged or undamaged, a return will not be accepted. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process if you are granted a refund. 

 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages! If you are not home and unable to sign for your package at the time of delivery, please put a hold on the package at the post office for your scheduled time to pickup.
